Active Listening: Listening an important skill, how well you listen determines how well you perform your task. Listening affects your job and the quality on your relationships with others. We listen to; gather information, to understand, for enjoyment and most important of them all we listen to learn.
Constructive Feedback: Communication through one person and another to alerts and critic a person in a specific area, which their performance could improve. Giving a constructive feedback achieve his or hers results they want.
Examples of Constructive Feedback
Communication Channels: Consists of nonverbal, oral, and written. Communication channels are often considered from a standpoint of the rich, which a channel is able to convey the amount of information transferred in face-to-face communication.
Interactive Management: a term to describe a class of web service, which supports online relationships and transactions between customers, employees and partners. May include messaging, chatting, file sharing, polling or rating services. Interactive management are used to create low-cost customers support services.
Proxemics/Space Design: Proxemics has four sections such as the intimate; embracing, touching or whispering ranges, personal; distance for interactions among friends and family, social; distance of interaction among acquaintances, and public; distance used for public speaking. Space, changes depending on culture, relationship to the individual and expectation. Some may have an invisible boundary that allows one to be comfortable. “comfort zone”.
Technology: The application of science, especially to industrial or commercial objectives. Also a scientific method and material used to achieve a commercial or industrial objective.
Valuing Culture/Diversity: The world we live in has become a multicultural environment as one knows, encounter various backgrounds during one’s personal and professional lives.Diversity can be an experience because it provides opportunity to reflect on one’s belief. Cultural awareness is a conscious learning process that an individual becomes appreciative and sensitive to the cultures of other people.
